Sales Coordinator (Internal Sales)                  

Location: Cannock area

Salary: Competitive

Full-time, office based 40hours per week

 

Our client is a fast-growing National Technical Service Solutions provider that specialises in industrial air systems. They work with a broad range of customers providing Service, Capital Installations, Maintenance Regimes, Parts and Hire.  Trading for over 65 years, the company has grown successfully over the last 5 years and now commands a 15% market share.

Role:

  • Assist with the company’s remedial sales to its customer base.
  • Working from warm leads you will produce quotations for compressor repairs and upgrades.
  • Log quotations on our sales system.
  • Communicate with clients pre and post quote to chase and close out purchase orders.
  • Provide a positive level of customer service.
  • Complete required administration for each customer order. 
  • Report to the team leader on sales pipeline and sales opportunities.
  • Liaise with field service engineers to ensure information relating to quotes is gained and utilised.
  • Check appropriate parts and costs of parts supported by the internal technical team.
  • Prepare quotations for checking by line management before sending.
  • Focus on reviewing customer accounts and potential opportunities for developing leads and maximising conversion rates.
  • Full training and induction for the role will be available.

 

Candidate:

Will have experience in an internal sales position, and will be aiming to work for a UK market leading organisation.

 

  • Experience of Telesales/Service Sales/Parts Sales.
  • Working with warm enquiries and leads.
  • Experience of producing quotations with a service or technical bias.
  • Experience of working with other departments/functions to gather quote information.
  • History of chasing clients for purchase orders via phone calls.
  • Good level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrable experience of working to targets.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • A desire to work as part of a team.
  • Be Health and Safety aware.
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook

 

Desired:

  • Educated to A-Level Standard or equivalent
  • Admin or Management qualifications
  • Knowledge of AX Database
  • Completed Sales Training
  • Data Input experience
