Health and Safety Administrator (Part Time) in Gloucestershire

This could be the role for you!

My client is looking for administrative support to the H&S Manager. Your responsibilities would include but are not limited to the below;

  • Maintaining the document review process and schedules.
  • Administering the H&S inspection schedules and resulting actions in accordance with agreed timescales
  • Collating performance data in relation to accidents, incidents and near misses,
  • Producing management data and reports to indicate site location of accidents and incidents against hazard profiles
  • Collating and maintaining H&S records in relation to investigations and improvements,
  • Helping with general administrative duties as required such as maintaining duty and training lists, filing and archiving of records.

Key skills

  • You should be able to demonstrate good organisation, planning and co-ordination experience
  • Exhibit friendliness, enthusiasm, innovation and enterprise
  • You should be diplomatic and objective with a can do attitude.
  • You will have an excellent eye for detail and be organised and methodical,
  • Balance assigned tasks and scheduled activities
  • Adapt to changing priorities
  • Manage your own time/workload
