Account Manager – Laboratory Products – Denmark

DKK 500,000 plus DKK 75,000 bonus

Our client is a leader in the supply of a range of laboratory equipment and consumables for the life sciences sector, including weighing equipment, centrifuges, water purification systems, pipettes and liquid handling and consumables for microbiology, filtration / purification and cell culture.

They require a confident science graduate, with laboratory experience, to work as a Sales Account Manager for Copenhagen and across Denmark. This will involve setting up face-to-face meetings with clients and customers to demonstrate products and sell using a solutions based approach. Mainly this will be with existing customers (80%), with a small amount of sales to new customers.

This is a field based role and will involve travel across the country and also staying away from home up to 4 nights per month.

Candidate

Science graduate or PhD, with some laboratory experience in industry.

Hands-on experience or knowledge with some of the products – balances, centrifuges, pipettes, filtration, lab water systems, cell culture / fermentation, microbiology etc.

Outgoing personality, enthusiastic, conscientious, inquisitive, technical, methodical and organised. An inquiring mind with a strong interest in Science and Technology.

Sales experience is not essential as training will be given for this role, but candidates with some sales training are welcome to apply.

Full Driving Licence.

Lives in Copenhagen area.
